Raked Glass  
Percentage of glass cut out of a rectangle.
If you have a sloping ceiling that the glass will be positioned next to, then the standard rectangle panel can be cut out to allow for the slope. The terminology for this is called ‘raking’ and is worked out but what percentage of the area requires raking.

Manifestation  
To comply with current Building Regulations and to avoid people walking into them and hurting themselves you are required to put film onto glass partitions. We supply as standard DDA Dots Film Manifestation, as well as offering other standard options, however we are more than happy to discuss any specific requirements and designs you want.

Installation Process
1. Quote

Find out an estimate by entering the double glazed glass partition detail of your requirement, such as height and width of partition, into an online calculator.

2. Confirm

You will be contacted within the hour to get more details regarding your requirements for soundproofing of double glazed glass partitions. After that, you will receive an email with a new quote including all the details you have advised us about.

3. Proceeding

Once you are ready to agree to the quote, one of our site surveyors will visit the site to take accurate measurements for your double glazed glass wall.

4. First visit

After you agree to the final quote and we receive the final payment, we will visit your office to set the track and additionally measure the glass panels for further double glazed walls installation.

5. Second visit*

The lead-time on glass panels is approximately one week. We require a minimum of 2 days to install double glazed partitioning.

*In some cases we are able to install the track and glass panels in one visit.
